April to October
Saturdays, until the light goes.
There is no tasting room. There is a shed with a trestle, three wines, and a dog called Moth who is useless at greeting people. Groups larger than six should write first.
- When
- Saturdays, 11:00–16:00, from the first Saturday in April to the last in October. Closed if the track is flooded, which we post the night before.
- Where
- Past St Nicholas in Ash, take the lane signed Plucks Gutter. After the second oak, the track on the left has a small vane on the gate. If you reach the river, you’ve gone too far.
- Tasting
- £8, taken off anything you buy. We pour all three wines. There is water, and there are oat biscuits that are better than they sound.
- Access
- No booking for one or two people. Write if you are bringing anyone else, or if you need the gate left wide for a wheelchair. The shed is step-free. The rows are not.
